My Epson Printer Is Offline
This can be due to a lack of communication between the printer and the computer, it can happen when it is printing something. To solve it, go to the “Control Panel”, there go to “Devices and Printers”. In the window that comes next, right click on “Epson Printer” and click on “See what’s printing”. Now, in the toolbar click on “Printer” and ensure that the “Use Printer Offline” option is not ticked. If it is, then click on it and disable. Now that you have done it, the offline printer is back online and you can start printing.
Paper Jam Issue
Epson Printer Troubleshooting
If there is an issue with the paper feed your Epson printer will not print, and it can be due to paper stuck in the feed path. Removing it will resolve the issue; for this, first you should cancel the ongoing print job and then turn off the printer. Then, open the cover and gently pull out the jammed paper in the direction of paper feed from the rear paper feed slot.
We hope that the above instructions will help to resolve your Epson printer problem and if it doesn’t it would be ideal to take it to the service centre.
